OUR CONTRACT
By purchasing our travel services and paying the non-refundable Php 500.00 deposit on all our domestic and Php 1500.00 for international land arrangement packages, or full payment for ALL-IN travel arrangements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept the terms and conditions set herein prior to booking with us. You are greatly advised to clarify the terms prior to booking your trips.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS, BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
- For promo deals, each has its own validity. Make sure that you check the validity period (selling and travel period) for each of them as any purchased vouchers that are redeemed after that certain period are automatically considered null and void, therefore, non-refundable.
- Surcharge may apply during weekends/peak days, special/regular/public holidays, fairs and conventions.
- For deals, One (1) voucher is good for 1 person with a minimum number of vouchers required to avail the promo rate. Failure to do so may incur extra charges on your account.
- HOTELS/ROOMS AND FLIGHTS ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY UPON BOOKING.
- ALL RATES QUOTED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. You are advised to check with us if the rates of the packages posted on our site are still the same.
- Free Airport and Tour Transfer Services are on a Seat-In-Coach basis and specified time for pick-up and drop-off is strictly observed
- Advanced booking is required if you wish to avail the deal.
- For deals, five (5) travel date options should be provided in order for us to check if the rates/rooms/flights posted are still available.
- No refund/rebooking once booked and confirmed
- Voucher is transferable and can be given as gift to family or friends given that the booking/reservation is not yet confirmed.
- For deals, buy as many vouchers as you want.
- Price is inclusive of taxes and surcharges of iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd.
- Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until a copy of proof of payment is sent to iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. via e-mail or in person.
- Rates are based on existing lowest-priced service for every inclusions stated in the E-Voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be purchased in conjunction with third-party certificates or coupons, and other mandated government discounts (e.g senior citizen and/or PWD discounts)
- All guests must present a valid photo identification and E-voucher provided by iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. at the time of transfer and check-in.
- For International trips, surcharge applies for late departure/early arrival (23:00 - 7:00H) local time.
- For international trips, passports must be valid at least 6 months from the date of departure.
- Standard Check-in time is 02:00 pm and Check-out is 12:00 noon. May also change depending on the accommodation's policy. iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. cannot control or guarantee check-in and check-out times.
- Booking Rules and Fees may be charged and imposed by hotels,resorts, lodging, transportation, shuttle or other parties with whom agreements have been made for the whole package. In these cases, the customer must understand and agree with the package restriction prior to booking and be responsible for the charges that may occur during transaction.
AIR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All carriers are independent operators and are not owned, managed or operated by iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. Your airline ticket is a contract between you and the air carrier only, even if you purchased it through iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. By purchasing your air services through iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd., you will not hold iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. liable for any changes, disruptions, cancellations, etc. concerning the air services you availed.
All Airlines have differing rules and policies regarding schedule changes. Due to the operational needs of each airline, they often make changes to the flights that they are currently operating. Often these changes are a prediction of travel needs for future dates but can also reflect same day changes. Types of changes could be: flight number changes, time changes, routing, date changes and/or cancellations. iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. If you purchased air ticket through iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd., we will try to assist in making new arrangements provided that you have not yet checked in with your airline for your first flight segment. Please be aware airline fees often apply for modifications to air schedules not related to airline imposed flight cancellations, reschedules or delays. These fees will be payable to the airline directly at time of request. If you miss your departure flight or connection, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination.
No refunds will be provided by iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. for portions of trips missed due to canceled, rescheduled or delayed flights or if passenger is not permitted by the Immigration Consulate to travel after airport check-in, nor is iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure flight or flight connection.
Airline companies will directly contact the guests of any flight changes.iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. will only be notified by the airline of any changes through email. We will make every attempt to notify the customer of any schedule change if notified by the airline. It is always best to contact the airline to reconfirm your flights within 72 hours of departure. If an airline notifies us regarding a change to any of its flights at least 72 hours prior to your original flight schedule, we will notify you of such change by email/phone. However, due to limiting reasons but not bounded by office hours, we are unable to get in touch with you regarding such changes, we highly advise our customers to always reconfirm their flights with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to departure, especially if they are already traveling. Customers should check their emails form time to time or keep their phone lines open for updates regarding flight schedules and respond in a timely manner and should inform iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. of any changes within an hour for us to immediately make necessary adjustments to your itinerary and to avoid schedule conflicts.
If you make your own flight arrangements, iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss resulting from cancellation or changes in international gateways, itineraries or travel dates. We recommend that you do not purchase airline tickets with high penalty charges for changes.
For baggage allowance, our rates exclude such unless requested or indicated. You may request us to add a baggage allowance for you at the time of booking, subject to fees being imposed by the airline company and depending on the luggage weight. iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. shall not be held liable for excess baggage payments at the airport upon check-in.
