                                                    TRAVEL ITINERARY

 

Itineraries are always subject to change without prior notice which may be brought about by force majeure, government mandated changes, weather conditions, flight changes, and the like.  Other optional tours such as sightseeing and cultural tours are offered by different service providers, therefore, iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. shall not be held accountable for last minute revisions/cancellations by Tour Operators for whatever purpose they may have. Should a partner Tour operator cancels or reschedules a portion of your Travel Package, we will, at your request, try to obtain a substitite arrangements, however, we will not be responsible for the performance of the Travel Supplier and/or for the reimbursement of money paid by you (and/or any incidental or consequential or other damages) if the Travel Supplier fails to perform its obligations. We accept no responsibility for information supplied to us by third parties. iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or limitations for any reason during local or national holidays/special events/weekends being observed in your travel destination.

 

Tours are conducted based on group arrangements thus specified time of pick-up/drop-off is strictly observed and delays may be experienced unless stated otherwise.

 

EXCLUSIONS

 

The package price of your trip does not include the following (unless indicated in the E-Voucher):

     - International or domestic flight fare unless specified/requested.  iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. offers budget air ticket bookings for both local and international destinations

     - Taxes and excess baggage charges unless specified.  Government fees such as Php 1620.00 Philippine Travel Tax and Php 550.00 Terminal fee are not integrated in some budget carrier fares, therefore, must be paid at the airport upon check-in.  Terminal fees set forth by other local and international airports are also not included in the package.  Check-in baggage charges apply should the customer fail to indicate/request this prior/upon booking and therefore must be paid directly at the airport.

     - Meals other than those specified in the E-Voucher.

     - Visa and passport fees.  The customer is responsible for verifying, obtaining and paying for the visa and other entry requirements of their travel destination.  iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. shall not be held liable for denied entry due to incomplete and invalid travel requirements presented.  The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. however offers Visa and passport application assistance for a fee.

     - Travel insurance unless specified.  Contact iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. should you wish this service be added on the travel package.

     - Optional activities and all personal expenses

     - Tipping and gratuity.  Mandatory tipping, souvenir and other fees associated to your trip which are not specified in the E-Voucher are not included on all packages sold by iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd.  Solicited/unsolicited gratuities and any other fees are on the customer's own account and discretion.

 


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

     - Notification of cancellation must be made to iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. in writing 4 weeks prior your tour date.

     - No cancellation fees will be charged by iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. However, cancellation fees may be charged by hotels or other parties with whom agreements have been made. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the charges.

     - No show on booked dates will render services forfeited.

     - iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd will offer full refund policy for all roadtrip bookings as long as we receive notice of your writen cancellation 4 weeks in advance of your tour date.

     - Charges may apply for refund transactions.  (To be advised)

     - Trips and itineraries offered by iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. may be cancelled prior to departure should we feel that the safety of the travel group is at stake. (Eg. terrorism, force majeure, political instability or other external events) but we will offer you an alternate departure date or full refund. 

 

COMPLAINTS 

 

If you have any complaint about your trip, you must make it known at the earliest possible time to the tour leader and/or iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd.  who will normally be able to take appropriate action, and not when you already returned from your trip. If at the end of the trip you feel your complaint has not been properly dealt with, kindly notify us in writing within 1 day before the end of your trip.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

     - Any personal information that we get from you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a tour or to send you marketing material in relation to our events and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to operate the tour.  We will otherwise treat your details in accordance with our privacy policy

Necessary details include:

     - full name as reflected in the passport

     - date of birth

     - nationality

     - passport number

     - passport issue and expiry date

     - any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements 

     - If you are 70 years of age or over we also require you to complete and forward a Self-Assessment form. 

     - Email Address and Contact Numbers

 

UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

iFleet Travel and Tours Co. Ltd. reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the guest(s) responsibility to be familiar with them. Kindly check our page from time to time for updates.
